What you'll need:
- A/C Cabin filter: NPN ACC Cabin Filter for select Jaguar S-Type models
- Remove the four clips on the passenger side for the cowling (the plastic piece where the wiper arms go). The ones I want you to remove are depicted on the image. To remove the clips, slightly push their center pin down and pull them up.
- Now you have to carefully pull the cowling up, not so much as to brake something. The proper procedure is to remove the whole thing but this is OK if you are careful.
- Fish the filter out. It's attached by two clips, one at each end, look at the new one to see them.
- With a vacuum, suck all the leafs and dirt that fell in there over time out. If compressed air is available, don't, you might blow all that inside the duct work.
- Put the new filter in place.
- Put the cowling back.
- Put the clips back.
- Smile, you got a new cabin filter.
