X-type fuel temperature sensor P0181, P0182, and P0183

In your X-type, when you have a P0181, P0182 and P0183 means that there is a problem with the Fuel temperature sensor circuit. The procedure for checking it is pretty simple. Just unplug the fuel temperature sensor at the rail, and with a Digital Multi-meter measure the voltage across the pins. You should see some voltage. If not, there is a problem with the computer or the wires in between. If you do see a voltage I recommend that you clear the fault and hope it doesn't come back. If it does, then you need a new Fuel temperature sensor.
